Services

Chip N Dip provides mobile hot chip bar catering for events including school events, sports carnivals, corporate functions, private parties, weddings, festivals, markets and community events across Sydney.

All food is cooked fresh on-site using our fully self-contained, gas-powered setup.

Quotes And Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the event details you supply, including estimated guest numbers, event type, location and date.

Quoted prices are per person unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if event details change after the initial quote, including guest numbers, location or service requirements.

The School Favourite package includes a minimum labour charge of $250 per event, which is waived for bookings of 200 or more portions.

Custom event packages are quoted individually based on your requirements.

Bookings And Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation via email or message. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Deposits And Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Details including deposit amount, final payment timeline and accepted payment methods will be communicated directly when your booking is confirmed.

Full payment must be received in accordance with the terms stated in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or refund conditions, will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations made with reasonable notice will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Changes To Your Booking

If you need to change your event date, guest numbers, location or menu selections after confirmation, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability or pricing adjustments for late changes.

Event Access And Setup

You are responsible for providing adequate access to the event site for our vehicle and equipment. This includes a flat, stable surface for setup and sufficient space to operate safely.

Our setup is fully gas-powered and does not require power or water supply from the venue.

If site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible or materially different from what was agreed at booking, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the service on the day.

Weather And Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, we will make every reasonable effort to operate in all weather conditions. However, in the case of extreme weather that poses a safety risk to our team, equipment or guests, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the service.

Any rescheduling or refund arrangements for weather-affected events will be communicated directly and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Food Safety And Allergies

All food is prepared and served in accordance with applicable NSW food safety regulations.

Our menu is prepared in an environment that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or dietary requirements before the event. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee suitability for all dietary needs.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Soul Gourmet trading as Chip N Dip is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total amount paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Chip N Dip website — including text, images, logos, design and branding — is the property of Soul Gourmet and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our written permission.
